Here are a few things going on in the band world at RCMS that you should be aware of:
Cookie Dough Fundraiser- Information will be given out to your child this week and sales will go through November 27th. Bring the forms to your Thanksgiving parties and make sure everyone gets a chance to order some cookie dough! Delivery will be on December 13th.
Braidwood Tree Lighting Parade- On December 1st, the RCMS marching band will join forces with the RCHS marching band to perform in this fun holiday parade. The parade begins at 5PM, plan on having your students arrive behind Casey's in Braidwood at approximately 4:30PM. The parade will end at the intermediate school where there will be food and fun. Information will be sent via email to parents, as well as passed out to students during class.
RCMS Music Booster Meeting- Interested in having a larger part in your child's musical education? Come on Thursday December 6th at 6:30PM to the middle school teacher's lounge to learn more about the music program and how you can help out! We will discuss fundraisers, important RCMS music items, and so much more!
Holiday Band/Choral Concert- Our holiday concert will be on Tuesday December 18th at the Reed-Custer auditorium, beginning at 7PM. Band students will have a 6:15PM call time at the middle school band room. Information will be sent home with your student, as well as sent via email to parents.
