Middle School Holiday Concert
Tuesday December 18th @ 7:00PM
PERFORMANCE IN RCHS AUDITORIUM, CALL TIME IN MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND ROOM
Here is a schedule for the evening:
6:15PM- Call time for all band students at middle school band room, chorus students please pick up your music and instruments then head down to high school choir room
6:20PM- 6th grade band warm up in choir room
6:35PM- 7th/8th grade band warm up in band room
7:00PM- PERFORMANCE IN RCHS AUDITORIUM!!
*When the concert is over, we will go back to the middle school to drop of instruments and folders. Any parents that can stay after the concert to help with equipment would be greatly appreciated!
Please do everything you can to be on time when you are scheduled to arrive. Here is the concert attire for band students:
-Black socks, black dress shoes/marching shoes, not black gym shoes w/colors on them
-Black dress pants, not black leggings, not black jeans w/stripes
-RCMS music polo shirt tucked in
When your son/daughter is done performing, they must sit back in the auditorium to watch the rest of the concert. If they play early in the program, they must stay until the end. Everyone has put a lot of work into this concert and their respect is deserved, just like yours. Please stay for the entire concert to support the Reed-Custer Music Program. You will not be able to get back into the middle school until the concert is over.
This is going to be an outstanding concert. All of the hard work your children have put into this program will show through at the performance. See you on Tuesday night!
