Memorial Day Ceremony

@ Braidwood Veteran’s Memorial

Monday May 27^th, 9AM

Students in 7^th/8^th grade band and select 6^th grade band students need to report to the Braidwood Veteran’s Memorial (across from the police station) at 8:30AM on Monday May 27^th for the Memorial Day Ceremony. Please wear your white band t-shirt and blue jeans/jean shorts. 8^th grade band students will wear the yellow polo shirt from Mrs. Dennis if you have received it from her.

You will need to bring your instrument and music from home, so make sure you take it home on the Friday before Memorial Day. You will not be able to get into the middle school band room on Monday before the performance.

Percussion will be loaded into the trailer by Mr. Klos and Mrs. Dennis, so percussion students will not need to meet at the middle school beforehand. Just be at the memorial at 8:30AM.

Any parents that can help unload the trailer at the MS/HS after the ceremony would be greatly appreciated. The performance should last about 45 minutes.
